Privacy notice

The controller is CY4S3C LTD, trading as Cy4Sec, registered in England and Wales, company number 17301288. The registered office is 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

The contact form collects your name, work email address, organisation, service interest and message, together with the time of your enquiry and your agreement to us using these details.

A protected, hashed version of your IP address is used for the five-enquiries-per-hour limit. The form also uses a hidden spam-detection field.

Your enquiry details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. Enquiries are held privately using Lovable Cloud and are not shown on public pages.

We rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. The form agreement records your acknowledgement of how your details will be used; it does not change these lawful bases.

Enquiries which do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the relevant records are handled under that engagement's terms and applicable legal obligations.

You have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection, subject to the conditions in data protection law.
